When we quote, we quote with complete transparency. We do our very best for limited or no variations.

Site conditions can create variations. The floor particularly, is a can of worms that can be opened. Removing old flooring, conditions of floors for laying new product and ramping to name a few things.

How can you best avoid variations?

• Produce great detailed plans with a finishes schedule

• Make sure your site has had complete demo (to red book) and you can see the bones (so to speak)

• Provide comprehensive site condition photos with the tender pack

• Provide access for a site visit during the tender phase
